CONTAX Management Team

Michael Pearson, President

As President of CONTAX, Michael provides the vision and the strategy that drives the continued growth of the organization.

Michael's main focus is planning the expansion of the company through organic growth and acquisitions, while at the same time ensuring that the fundamental principles and philosophies of the company are maintained. Increasing our geographical coverage in North America and around the world is one of Michael's top priorities.

Prior to launching CONTAX, Michael worked in a variety of professional and managerial roles in companies in North America and Australia.

Michael holds a B.Sc. majoring in Computer Science from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

Scott Nelson, Vice President Innovation and Quality

In the role of VP, Innovation and Quality, Scott has operational responsibilities across the entire business as they relate to delivery quality, training, customer service and resourcing. In addition, Scott is involved in the sales of SAP software and services to support the trusted advisor role that CONTAX wishes to play with all of our customers.

Scott began his career as a Business Consultant with CONTAX Inc. in 1998. Since that time, Scott has worked in a variety of roles including SAP programming, SAP functional consulting, account management, project sponsorship and strategic planning.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Brock University.

Nathan Baes, Managing Director

Nathan began his career as a business consultant with CONTAX, Inc. in 2001. Since that time, Nathan’s role has expanded into his current position as Managing Director.

Nathan is charged with overseeing the operations of CONTAX’s Chicago and Amsterdam Centers of Expertise (CoE), which provides SAP support and implementation services to companies of all sizes. His responsibilities include overseeing, expanding and developing current and new client opportunities, along with the formation and management of CONTAX strategic partnerships.

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Corey Herchenroder

Corey began his career as a business consultant with CONTAX, Inc. in 2000. Since that time Corey has become a driving force in the growth of our US operations. His current responsibilities include leading the growth plans for our Midwest CoE in Iowa.

As Director of Professional Services in the Midwest, Corey is focusing on the implementation and continuous improvement efforts for small to midsize Manufacturing companies leveraging SAP Technology and Industry Best Practices.

Corey graduated from Brock University with a Bachelors of Science.

Alex Thomas, Vice President Professional Services

Alex Thomas has been with CONTAX since 2002 and leads the team at the Toronto Centre of Expertise. Alex has worked with all areas of SAP as a technical and functional consultant and project manager. Alex also has experience working with EDI, Business Intelligence and ABAP. He has been a part of many successful implementations and manages over 25 accounts, helping existing CONTAX customers strategize their future growth and utilization of different SAP technology capabilities.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics and Engineering, Computing and Communication option) from Queen’s University.

Jodi Abrams, Vice President Applications

Since joining CONTAX as a Business Consultant in the summer of 2003, Jodi has become an expert in business integration and Co-manages the Toronto CoE.

She works with clients to implement new interfaces and streamline current processes. In her spare time she enjoys playing hockey, running and surfing.

Jodi holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from McMaster University.

André Cloutier, Director

Since joining CONTAX as a consultant in 2009, André has participated in and led implementations for numerous customers. He has been responsible for developing CONTAX’s SAP human resource practice and is involved in every HR project at CONTAX. As a Director, André now leads the Montréal CoE which specializes in SAP HR and SuccessFactors implementations and support.

André holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from McGill University.

Krista Cameron, Vice President Finance

Krista joined CONTAX in 2011, with more than fiften years of accounting experience in small and mid-sized companies and over six years of experience as an SAP Consultant in finance. As the Vice President of Finance for CONTAX, Krista is responsible for managing the the quality of accounting and financial reporting for the entire organization.

Krista's experience in finance, accounting and business management, together with her knowledge of SAP financials, is the ideal combination of skills to effectively and efficently run our entire finanical operations on the SAP platform.

Krista is an avid sports fan who loves to spend time watching Hockey and Football which she enjoys with her family.
