Current Work Environment: Completely Remote
Experience Required: Entry level, Recent Graduate, 1 to 3 years (in related field).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet our internal and client business needs. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and gain hands-on exposure to real-world projects across multiple SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting or Onboarding.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to gather and analyze requirements.
* Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
* Create documentation, training materials, and support guides for end users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues under supervision.
* Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and new features.


Requirements

Required:

* Eligible to work in Canada
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related field from an accredited University or College (Undergrad or Masters)
* Excellent English communication skills (Written and Oral)
* Strong interest in cloud-based HR systems and digital HR transformation.
* Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
* Outgoing personality with strong Interpersonal skills,
* Proven success in both team-oriented and individual environments,
* Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills,
* Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines within project budgets,
* Willingness to learn and contribute immediately,
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
* Ability and willingness to travel within North America when required (10-25%).,
* Proactive, self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude

Preferred:

* Any experiences related to SAP, HR systems, or enterprise software.
* Familiarity with any SAP SuccessFactors modules or other HCM tools.
* Certification or training in SAP SuccessFactors (a plus, not required).
