About CONTAXMichael Pearson
President
As President of CONTAX, Michael provides the vision and the strategy that drives the continued growth of the organization. His main focus is planning the expansion of the company through organic growth and acquisitions, while ensuring that the fundamental principles and philosophies of the company are maintained. Increasing CONTAX's geographical coverage in North America and around the world is one of his top priorities. Before launching CONTAX, Michael worked in a variety of professional and managerial roles in companies in North America and Australia. He holds a B.Sc. majoring in Computer Science from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
Scott Nelson
Vice President, Innovation and Quality
Scott has operational responsibilities across the entire business for delivery quality, training, customer service and resourcing, and is involved in the sales of SAP software and services in support of the trusted advisor role CONTAX plays with its customers. Scott began his career as a Business Consultant with CONTAX in 1998, and has since worked in SAP programming, SAP functional consulting, account management, project sponsorship and strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Brock University.
Nathan Baes
Managing Director
Nathan began his career as a business consultant with CONTAX in 2001. He oversees the operations of CONTAX's Chicago and Amsterdam Centers of Expertise, which provide SAP support and implementation services to companies of all sizes. His responsibilities include developing current and new client opportunities, and forming and managing CONTAX's strategic partnerships. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Corey Herchenroder
Director of Professional Services, Midwest
Corey began his career as a business consultant with CONTAX in 2000, and has become a driving force in the growth of CONTAX's US operations. He leads the growth plans for the Midwest Center of Expertise in Iowa, focusing on implementation and continuous improvement for small to midsize manufacturing companies using SAP technology and industry best practices. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science from Brock University.
Alex Thomas
Vice President, Professional Services
Alex has been with CONTAX since 2002 and leads the team at the Toronto Centre of Expertise. He has worked with all areas of SAP as a technical and functional consultant and project manager, with experience in EDI, business intelligence and ABAP. Alex has been part of many successful implementations and manages over 25 accounts, helping customers plan their growth and use of SAP technology. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics and Engineering, Computing and Communication option) from Queen's University.
Jodi Abrams
Vice President, Applications
Since joining CONTAX as a Business Consultant in 2003, Jodi has become an expert in business integration and co-manages the Toronto Centre of Expertise. She leads Arcus, CONTAX's managed EDI service, and works with clients to implement new interfaces and streamline current processes. In her spare time she enjoys playing hockey, running and surfing. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from McMaster University.
André Cloutier
Director
Since joining CONTAX as a consultant in 2009, André has participated in and led implementations for numerous customers. He developed CONTAX's SAP human resources practice and is involved in every HR project. André leads the Montréal Centre of Expertise, which specializes in SAP HR and SuccessFactors implementations and support. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
Krista Cameron
Vice President, Finance
Krista joined CONTAX in 2011 with more than fifteen years of accounting experience in small and midsized companies and over six years as an SAP finance consultant. She is responsible for the quality of accounting and financial reporting across the organization, and her combination of finance, accounting and SAP financials knowledge keeps CONTAX's own financial operations running efficiently on SAP. Krista is an avid sports fan who loves watching hockey and football with her family.
